Our second also needed a good bit of tender love and care when we found it. It was way different than our 3/2 red brick ranch. But all the while, it there was something so charming about the floor to ceiling windows and upstairs dormers that was irresistible. Luke's uncle is a contractor so he helped us complete some pretty significant renovations before we moved in. After 7 years of marriage, we have learned sometimes it's way easier to hire a professional than to try to DIY it all the time :) The main level was pretty sectioned off so we took out 4 walls and opened it up a good bit. We also have some plans up our sleeves for the bathrooms and Luke's did a great job transforming the basements spaces into his mancave/media room. Let's be honest, we needed a space for deer heads to go!
